Product(s) must be received in resalable condition and in original packaging.
We must receive product(s) within 30 calendar days after receipt of order.
All RTA cabinet returns will incur a 25% restocking fee.
You must contact us to obtain a return authorization number prior to shipping the product.
All return shipments must be traceable. Most shipping companies provide tracking numbers.
Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. We can arrange the return shipping for you; in this case the return shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund amount.
